Root & Rebound

A redesign on an existing annual report for Root and
Rebound. Root and Rebound is a non-profit organization
that provides assistance to those who were
incarcerated and are trying to integrate back into the society and
with their family. The design focuses on images of family that
have been tampered—torn, ripped, crumpled—then bounded together by
tape or recreated into floral collages. This visual
concept symbolizes the idea that family can always be brought
together and be reborn into something more beautiful. The paper collages
that run throughout the report, tie the main theme back into the dynamics
in family and how each are imperfect—yet still beautiful.
